    Lucia,

    This is a lovely report with lots of detail, however, you have not specified where you have got that detail from - add a reference list please.

    Also, are some your adverts foreign? This is not a big problem but the ASA, BCAP code and Ofcom don't preside over foreign ads.

    Link Ofcom, the ASA and BCAP together and explain the chain of command please.

    Merit as it stands. You need more on BCAP - eg specific examples of the code. You also need more on your idea for your ad - at least some images and something to 'bring it to life' a bit more - it should be the heart of your presentation but you present it very brifely. Change these for distinction.

    Lucia you still need to explicitly explain which BCAP codes would be relevant to your idea and how you would ensure you didn't break them.
